stylists how to be their personal best and how to earn a living

We are currently hiring for long-term employment. Because we want
a future with our employees, we put all of our efforts into training,
systems and care. We have researched the norms for our industry,
and we believe our compensation and benefit systems go beyond what
is required.
We are very strict in our hiring beliefs at Eutopia. We feel as
seriously about this job as our stylists do with their clients.
This is the backbone of our future and the future means everything
to us. In order to continue providing the type of working atmosphere
that has come to be indicative of who we are, we know we must make
wise decisions between clients and stylists alike. While we do train
for excellent skills, we know that Positivity and Great Attitude
are two inherent qualities that cannot be taught; therefore, as
we hire, we look to Exceptional Attitude as our #1 Goal.
Levels at Eutopia
· The Assistant is our entry-level position. The Assistant
is paid an hourly wage, and as they move up the ladder of success
at Eutopia, they are able to transition to commission. Every assistant
is on a 90-day probationary period. During this period, they will
receive 30, 60, and 90-day evaluations and will be considered for
benefits after 6 months of employment.
· The three types of Stylists are paid using a sliding scale
of commission. This system is to reward those who are pushing themselves
and are driven to succeed in their career. The following are the
levels at Eutopia:
Apprentice
Jr. Stylist
Stylist
Master Stylist
Retail
The retail pay scale is based on a sliding scale bonus system. We
require you to give your clients your all, and without professionally-recommended
products, clients will be buying their products in Wal-Mart. If
you want your clients to look good beyond the salon, it is your
duty to help them with retail.
Health Insurance
We have selected a great health insurance plan for our employees.
The health insurance that we are providing is not just a policy
for us to say that we have one; rather, we chose a plan that you
can depend on whenever you need it. It covers the following:

Our insurance is available to all full-time employees, after a
six month probationary period.
