No — the process is the same. Gray blending (or grey blending) may use a slightly softer color, but it is the same service as gray coverage.
Can I go gray, or go lighter?
Yes, we have helped clients go gray — through several techniques, none of which is all-over color.
No color, once applied, can lighten another color. Taking your hair lighter than it is when you arrive means lightening it first, and that is a color correction — $125 an hour, priced at an in-person consultation.
Tired of the upkeep? We generally move you to gray blending and go lighter over time, adding some highlighting when it is needed.
